Maps   In Nicaragua we still lack road signs.  Detailed road maps are hard to find.  The highway network is not very extensive and therefore finding your way on it is not that difficult.  The secundary roads are another matter though.  We recommend that for specific destinations you want visit, you ask their administrations beforehand for a route description.
