After making a reservation, we give a client 24 hours to make a down payment. As soon as we have received that down payment we confirm the reservation. When the down payment is not received in time, we may cancel the reservation.
The down payment amount is 25% of the total rental cost with a minimum of the cost of 3 rental days. Plus the costs we make before we hand you over the rental vehicle. That is always the preparation cost. But it will be more when we have to deliver the vehicle somewhere.
This required down payment is non-refundable. Clients may consider a larger down payment to avoid carrying cash. Please note that we do not accept credit cards for the payment of the rental.
We offer a few options for the down payment. The easiest is that we send you a payment request by email through Payoneer payment services (https://www.payoneer.com). No registration is required. That is our recommended option outside the Euro zone. Within the Euro zone we recommend that you transfer money to our Dutch bank account. The third option is Western Union (https://www.westernunion.com). For none of the options we will need your credit card details. Please be advised that independent of the option used, all transaction costs are always assumed by the client. In other words what we receive in our hands at this end is the down payment amount.
