In order to be able to provide you with information about costs or availability, we always need to know dates and number of persons. For car rental we assume that you pick up and return the car at our office in Granada, unless you specify differently. For an airport pick up we need to know the programmed arrival time, the name of the airline and the flight number. If you carrry more than one handbag and one suitcase per person, we need you to tell us that beforehand.   Note: although also in Nicaragua the technical infrastructure is getting better, there is still room for improvement.  So if we don't respond immediately, that doesn't mean that we don't want to, but simply because we can't.
